Town !

Kay, went California Gym with Fab! Gymed for a few hours till our mental strength were depleted. NOOOO... I just learned from http://www.bodybuilding.com that you gain muscles when you feel the soreness you get after you lift weights. The microtears in your muscle cause the soreness, and when your body fix the tears, you gain muscle. Mmhmm I dont get much sores after I get used to my routines, hence I read that, you have to change to another routine so that your body will not get used to the other and will be able to get over that plateau. Alright, and we need more rest too. Nutrients also (: see, i've done my homework.

To cut down body fat, you got to increase basal metabolism! Instead of having 3 meals a day, take in 5-6meals a day. Each meal having maybe bread or oats, something light. So that, you won't feel hungry throughout the day and end up bingeing, and also, it increases your metabolism. Do cardio such as jogging, biking, or swimming on your rest day when you are not training in the gym or everyday for 5 days a week leaving 2 days for rest. There is no such thing to burn fat at a desired body part, you can only lose fat throughout your whole body. ;) Hope this helps, if you wanna know more about these, look up that link that i showed above.

Alright, so after gyming, we walked around orchard to look for clothes because he said that he gonna get me AFEW shirts for my soooo B-lated birthday present. lols. End up not much time to shop and he was so hungry so didn't get any T.T . We had manhattan fish and chips set meal! Not too fatty i spose, since i ate the fish white meat and not the crispy covering. Though fries are kinda fat, but there wasn't a large portion of it and well, we need carbs too! [ finding excuses ] . So ah , he said we would go out another time to shop for my stuffs! yay ! (:

nom noM NOM.. i had oatmeal for breakfast at 1030am. (:
