Random updates
Hello everyone.
Today, I went bowling with my clique during our 3 hours of break between classes. Played 3 games and i won 2! 3 games with all above a score of 100. I'm pro! hehes. Remembered back in the days during secondary school, i used to play with my friends like every other week and KS & me would be competing our highscores. (:(: I had KFC for lunch and my friend was so health conscious or rather, weight conscious because he gained 4kg over 2 weeks. For me, I've dropped 1kg or 1.0+ kg nearly 2 already. Had durians for pass 2 days. DAMN, this i couldn't resist.
I've been jogging with my girl and sometimes with WJ along the 2.4km route along the park and my current timing is 11.30+ seconds. I'm proud of myself (: 2 more months to continue building up my stamina. I'm aiming to do 9 mins during my NAPFA test! Mind you, I have up slopes in my 2.4km route, thus without them, i think I could do 10minutes on normal flat surface in the stadium! (: For sit ups, I can do 38 in 1minute. I am aiming for 43 atleast, but hell I don't know how to do sit ups that fast! I do not feel tired but I can't speed up. Hmm.. I am able to do 8 pull ups currently and aiming for atleast a 10! Shuttle run is easy i assume and broad jump would be fine if i train my leg muscles..Sit and reach is piece of cake to me and had always been since secondary school days. So.. my goals are set (: Ya, have i mentioned that my goal for weight loss is 7kg? From 75kg -> 68kg. 6kg more to go!! I want to be tanned too !!
So.. I am also trying not to club often or rather only go on special occasions and not to drink much too.. >=) Lots of tests coming up next week and FYP is a chore. 2 weeks late, I've got FYP presentation.. 3 cheers for myself ! GOGO, FIGHTING!
